Our story

After 20+ years in the automotive hail repair business, our founder kept seeing the same thing: a storm rolls through, and good people get stuck.

They do not know who to call. They worry a claim will spike their rates. They get bounced between an insurance adjuster, a body shop, and a chaser knocking on their door, and weeks go by while the damage sits on their vehicle. The repair itself is the easy part. Getting there is where everyone gets lost.

National Claims Assistance was built to fix that. We are not a single shop and we are not an insurance company. We are an independent coordinator with a national network of vetted, insured hail repair specialists, and our only job is to connect a vehicle owner with the right specialist quickly and walk the claim through the right way.
